Refund & Cancellation Policy
At A3 Saga, all goods offered are virtual and delivered within the game environment.
Once a donation or payment is made and successfully processed, the corresponding in-game rewards or items are credited to the player account. As these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
By donating or making a payment, you fully acknowledge that you are paying for virtual items which are non-refundable. No disputes, chargebacks, or claims will be entertained once the donation is complete.
Any issues with item delivery must be reported within 24 hours to Discord. After this window, A3 Saga is not responsible for any delivery-related claims.
